We are working with a family-run Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business that is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial General Manager to help them set up their business for long-term success and future expansion. With ambitious growth plans, they need someone who can bring in efficient systems, streamline operations, and support the team in delivering excellence.
As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the business and ensuring it is set up for continued growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient operational systems to drive business success.
- Provide hands-on leadership and development for the team, fostering a positive working environment.
- Ensure all company paperwork, including Health & Safety and financial audits, is maintained to the highest standard.
- Streamline operations to improve efficiency and maintain excellent standards of service and food quality.

- Proactively manage staff scheduling, logistics, and stock to ensure smooth, speedy service.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to drive performance and growth.
- Cultivate a team-focused atmosphere and help develop future leaders within the business.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced QSR or hospitality environment.
- A natural leader with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
