The Primary Supply Teacher Job Role:

• Deliver engaging lessons following the National Curriculum.
• Manage and inspire pupils across Reception, KS1, and KS2.
• Provide short-term cover as a Class Teacher in a variety of Primary Schools.
• Adapt to different school environments and teaching needs.
• Support pupils' learning and maintain classroom behaviour.
• Build positive relationships with schools in the Stratford-upon-Avon area.

Required Skills and experience for this Primary Supply Teacher Role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.
• Experience teaching in Primary Schools across KS1, KS2, or EYFS.
• Knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
