Credit Controller

Location: Crewe

Duration: Temporary Ongoing

Pay Rate: £12.80ph

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

Key Duties

• Achieve monthly cash collection targets
• Ensure timely invoice payments by following the collection cycle
• Reconcile payments for accurate allocation
• Prepare credit and refund requests for approval
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Provide account statements, invoice copies, and credit notes as needed

Key Skills Required

• Solid experience in collections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
