• A recent graduate with a 2:1 or higher in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience working with children, whether through tutoring, volunteering, or extracurricular activities, is desirable
• A strong passion for education and supporting children's academic and social development
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff
• Adaptable and flexible, capable of tailoring support to individual student needs

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic support to students in both one-on-one and small group settings
• Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring students remain engaged and motivated
• Support students' social and emotional growth, promoting positive behaviour and self-confidence
• Help create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment where all children feel valued
• Work closely with teachers to monitor student progress and provide additional support when needed

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant Role Details:

• Full-time, term-time only (Monday to Friday)
• Competitive weekly salary ranging from £475-£500
