Graduate Humanities Teaching Assistant – Candidate Specification
- Graduate Humanities Teaching Assistant.
- A degree in History, English, Geography, or a related Humanities field with a 2:1 or higher.
- A strong passion for education and supporting young people in their learning journey.
- Previous experience working with students (e.g., tutoring or mentoring) is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive approach.
Graduate Humanities Teaching Assistant – Job Specification
- Full-time, long-term role offering up to £520 per week.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons across Humanities subjects at KS3 and KS4 levels.
- Provide tailored academic support through one-on-one sessions or small group interventions.
- Help students overcome challenges and inspire them to achieve their best in their studies.
- Work with high-achieving students aiming for top grades as well as those requiring additional support to meet progress goals.
- Sociable working hours, Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
