Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Candidate Requirements

• Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
• A degree in Education, Psychology, English, or a related field with a 2:1 or higher
• A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their academic and personal growth
• Previous experience with young learners is desirable but not essential
• Patient, compassionate, enthusiastic, and equipped with excellent communication skills

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Role Details

• Full-time, long-term position offering up to £550 per week
• Collaborate closely with class teachers to assist in lesson delivery and create engaging learning experiences
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence
• Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged
• Gain hands-on experience in managing classroom dynamics and supporting early learning
• Sociable working hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
