Graduate Secondary Teaching Assistant – Candidate Requirements

• Graduate Secondary Teaching Assistant
• A degree in a core subject such as English, Mathematics, Science, or Humanities with a 2:1 or higher

• Previous experience working with secondary school students is desirable but not essential
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills

Graduate Secondary Teaching Assistant – Role Details

• Full-time, long-term position offering up to £550 per week
• Collaborate closely with subject teachers to assist in lesson delivery and create engaging learning experiences
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students, helping them overcome academic challenges and build confidence
• Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and encouraged
• Gain hands-on experience in managing classroom dynamics and supporting students’ academic progress
• Sociable working hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
