What you will do:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored therapeutic interventions to patients within the inpatient setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and implement patient care plans. Undertake manual handling assessments and training to ensure patient mobility and safety. Deliver high standards of evidence-based occupational therapy practice. Contribute to team meetings and case discussions, ensuring best practice and patient-centred care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with HCPC standards.
Requirements:
Applicants must be registered with HCPC and have at least two years of experience in an inpatient setting. While not essential, holding a valid driving licence is preferred due to the role being based across multiple sites.
