What you will do:
- Work collaboratively with children, families, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of vulnerable children.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify risks and needs, using strength-based approaches.
- Develop and implement care plans that effectively address the individual needs of children and families.
- Regularly review and adjust care plans, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
- Attend court proceedings as required, providing professional reports and evidence when necessary.
- Liaise with multi-agency teams to provide holistic support and meet the complex needs of families.
- Utilise your expertise to enhance practice delivery and promote best outcomes.
