What you will do:
- Respond promptly to contacts received from partners and families, ensuring effective communication and timely intervention through the MASH.
- Evaluate information received to identify the most suitable support for children and families.
- Collaborate closely with referrers, partner agencies, and family members to achieve the best outcomes for children.
- Play a critical role in delivering relationship-based social work with a focus on reducing transition points for families.
- Uphold outstanding practice by keeping children and families at the centre of all decision-making processes.
