A dynamic and welcoming primary school in Bradford is seeking a compassionate Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their team. About the Graduate Learning Support Assistant Role:
- Full-time, long-term position through to the end of the academic year and potentially beyond
- Salary of up to £520 per week, based on experience
- Located in central Bradford, easily accessible by public transport
- Ideal for those aspiring to become SEN teachers, educational psychologists, or speech and language therapists
- Work directly with children in 1-2-1 and small group settings, supporting their academic and personal development
- Collaborate with specialist professionals, including educational psychologists and speech & language therapists, to develop student case studies
- Sociable working hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
What We’re Looking for in You: The perfect candidate for this role will:
- Hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree in Psychology (or a closely related subject) from a respected university
- Have a genuine passion for working with children, especially those with SEN
- Demonstrate a patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students
- Possess strong emotional intelligence and be able to respond to a range of situations and personalities in the classroom
