Dietitian - Band 6 Opportunity – Oxford UK – £26 Hourly – Ongoing

What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ nutritional needs, considering their medical history and current treatment plans.
- Develop and implement tailored nutritional interventions in various clinical settings.
- Provide expert dietary advice to patients and families, with a focus on enteral feeding and chronic condition management.
- Collaborate effectively with medical, nursing, and allied health teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate actively in ward rounds and multidisciplinary case discussions.
- Contribute to and deliver nutrition training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Engage in audits and quality improvement projects to advance dietetic practice and protocols.
Essential Requirements:
- HCPC registered Dietitian.
- Degree in Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
- Valid UK Driving License and access to a car for work purposes.
- Desirable knowledge of Cerner Millennium Electronic Patient Record system.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the NHS.
