We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our dynamic Mental Health Team based in Worcester and Bromsgrove. What you will do:
- Deliver strengths and asset-based statutory social work in line with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act.
- Undertake social worker duties, demonstrating a high level of competence in assessment, support planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Work collaboratively with Herefordshire & Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust to provide holistic social interventions that promote recovery.
- Engage in safeguarding enquiries and manage complex situations using professional judgement and a wide range of interventions.
- Participate in professional development through opportunities for progression, training, and support from The Social Work Academy.
