What you will do:
- Assist with the daily management of service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running and upholding high standards of service delivery.
- Support in leading and motivating a team of service staff, fostering an environment of collaboration and proactive problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, keeping everything in line to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Liaise effectively with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies, always looking for innovative ways to improve and enhance service offerings.
Requirements for this role:
- Level 5 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent, or willingness to undertake this
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within Children’s residential care, 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Ability to show leadership skills
- Experience of managing budgets
- Direct involvement in Ofsted inspection
