What you will do:
- Be a visible leader, ensuring that therapists within the Diagnostic, Cancer & Buckland Care Group (DCB) have a single point of accountability and professional leadership.
- Provide expert advice to senior leaders in the trust regarding the therapy workforce, supporting therapy services to contribute to the Trust’s strategic goals.
- Communicate complex and sensitive information effectively, using data and evidence to ensure annual therapy establishment, skill mix reviews, and workforce planning.
- Support therapy services in their delivery of quality patient care while interpreting and analyzing relevant data and trends.
- Engage with various stakeholders to drive quality improvement initiatives and lead projects enhancing service delivery.
Requirements:
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the NHS is required.
- A valid driver's license is preferable to enable you to travel between different sites within East Kent as needed.
