What you will do:

• Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients in a hospital setting, ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines.
• Liaise with medical and nursing staff to deliver optimal drug therapy and patient outcomes.
• Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications.
• Manage and supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff as necessary.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures in line with hospital standards.
• Take part in clinical audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of the pharmacy department.
