What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing tailored nutrition care plans for infants, children, and young people.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including paediatricians, nurses, and therapists, to deliver holistic patient care.
• Provide education and advice to families and caregivers to promote healthy dietary practices and improve nutritional outcomes.
• Monitor and review patient progress, adjusting dietary plans as needed to achieve optimal growth and development.
• Participate in clinical meetings, contributing your expertise to support decision-making and planning for paediatric care.

Requirements:

• Degree in Dietetics or equivalent.
• HCPC Registration as a Dietitian.
• Significant experience working in paediatrics, with a good understanding of common paediatric conditions and nutritional requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
