What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive child and family assessments, working closely with children subject to child in need plans, child protection, pre-proceedings, care proceedings, private proceedings, and adoption processes.
- Participate in duty rotas, responding to risk and engaging in strategy discussions and section 47 enquiries.
- Collaborate with substance recovery workers, domestic abuse workers, and colleagues to repair and rebuild relationships, supporting children on the edge of care.
- Work in a strengths-based manner to uplift the families you serve.
