The Role:

As an Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide subject-specific support in English, Maths, Science, or Geography to students across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
• Work closely with students, offering 1:1 and small-group tuition to enhance understanding and performance.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and high-quality lessons that challenge and inspire students.
• Support the learning and personal development of students, particularly those aiming for top universities.
• Gain valuable classroom experience and develop your skills as a future educator.

About You:

• A 2:1 or above degree in English, Maths, Science, or Geography from Oxford or Cambridge.
• A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to working with students and staff.
• Previous experience working with young people is an advantage but not essential.
