What you will do:

- Build and maintain effective relationships with children and young people, ensuring engagement and trust.
- Work collaboratively with your line manager and the child’s Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) to develop and implement high-quality care plans.
- Prepare comprehensive reports to aid care planning and decision-making, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to statutory and organisational standards.
- Focus on achieving positive outcomes for children in care by diligently following through on actions outlined in their care plans.
- Participate actively in regular supervision sessions to enhance practice quality and personal development.
