Working Hours: Long Days: 07:45 AM – 8:00 PM | Nights: 7:45 PM – 8:00 AM
Pay Rates: Weekdays £25.50 per hour | Saturdays £31.00 per hour | Sundays/Bank Holidays £38.00 per hour

What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and adolescents experiencing mental health crises, including risk assessments for self-harm and suicide.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans and therapeutic interventions for young people in crisis.
- Provide crisis intervention and support using advanced clinical reasoning and specialist CAMHS knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care and effective communication across agencies.
- Participate in rota and duty systems, offering telephone support and advice to young people, families, and professionals as needed.
- Contribute to training and provide consultation and advice to other agency staff to enhance their understanding and management of mental health crises.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.
Working Environment:
