What you will do:

• Lead and manage the Duty & Assessment Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality assessments and services to children and families.
• Mentor and support team members, promoting best practices in social work and adherence to organisational standards.
• Oversee the allocation and completion of cases, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
• Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure a holistic approach to child welfare.
