What you will do:

• Support and supervise foster carers to ensure excellent care for children.
• Ensure compliance with the National Minimum Standards for fostering.
• Supervise approximately 190 fostering households in our team.
• Conduct regular support groups and facilitate foster carer training programs.
• Undertake annual reviews and manage a diverse caseload.
• Assist in identifying and securing appropriate placements for children.
• Participate in regular reflective supervision and developmental opportunities.
