Cluster Director Of Finance

Work Setup: Hybrid

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Director of Finance to join our diverse and international team in Frankfurt. The role involves overseeing two properties and requires a strong team player who can work collaboratively with other directors to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance function for two hotels, ensuring the smooth operation of all regular finance activities, including purchasing and stock management.
• Collaborate with a team of 10 members, handling a €40 million annual turnover.
• Act as a business partner, identifying opportunities and working closely with other directors to enhance business performance.
• Oversee all purchasing through supply management and manage stock on hand at the property.
• Handle financial reporting, ensuring accurate communication with London-based owners and other stakeholders.
• Engage with owner relations, keeping them informed and involved in the financial aspects of the hotels.

Must-Haves:

• Hotel Finance Experience: Previous experience working in hotel finance is essential.
• Business Partner: Proven experience working as a business partner to identify and implement financial opportunities.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a collaborative and diverse team environment.

Desired Skills:

• German Language: Fluency in German is not essential, but B2 level is preferred.
• Strong English: Essential for communicating with London-based owners and preparing reports.
• Owner Relations: Previous experience in dealing with owners is preferred.
