Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing the park, ensuring a smooth start and finish to daily operations.
• Recruiting, training, and managing staff to foster their growth and maintain a high-performing team.
• Overseeing cleaning, safety checks, and maintenance tasks, ensuring all are completed and properly documented.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered consistently across all areas of the business.

You will need:

• 5 years + experience in a similar position in the leisure industry, along with a proven track record of managing a team or handling operational management in a fast-paced environment.
