What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee payroll operations for multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations across 5 different countries.

- Handle discrepancies, resolve payroll issues, and ensure proper reporting for internal and external audits.
- Continuously optimize payroll processes to enhance efficiency across the region.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience in payroll management, ideally handling multiple countries.
- Affinity to the food industry
- English is a must as you'll be communicating internationally.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in various countries.
- Expertise in using payroll systems and HR software.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes.
