Are you a passionate social media enthusiast looking to make a significant impact in the hospitality industry?

We're seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join the dynamic team of this luxury Hospitality Group. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing their social media strategy to engage with the right audience, drive brand awareness, and ultimately increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Be responsible for day-to-day management of all social media platforms and channels (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and others)
  • Creation, editing and uploading of compelling and engaging content, email campaigns, series, blasts, etc.
  • Generate compelling and engaging social media content to develop the community and brand impact
  • Plan and manage a fast paced and schedule of regular updates
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with the right audience through comments, messages, and other interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Produce weekly and monthly in-depth analytical reports
  • Competitor and trade / trends monitoring

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry or luxury Travel industry
  • Understanding of luxury brands and how to build an exceptional guest experience
  • Proven experience working alongside marketing, communications and digital marketing teams
  • Experience in a similar role working for a brand, an agency or an in-house marketing team.
  • Must be able to demonstrate prior Social Media management experience (multi-channel)
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing social media strategies, tactics, execution and best practices
  • Experience in community management, content optimisation, keyword placement, etc.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Innovative with sound judgement and solutions driven
  • An out-of-the-box thinker with a strong creative mindset and an analytical perception
  • Hands-on approach, attention to detail and strong focus on accuracy of information
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a proven ability to successfully multi-task
  • Cordial and professional, flexible and with a positive attitude
  • Languages : English (fluent oral and written) ; other language welcomed.
