My client is seeking an exceptional Head of Housekeeping to join their prestigious venue. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest cleaning standards across this luxurious space, ensuring that every corner reflects our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional cleaning standards across all areas, exceeding guest expectations and maintaining the luxury brand's image.
- Oversee uniform standards for the housekeeping team, always ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
- Manage staff rotas for optimal efficiency and coverage while fostering staff well-being and teamwork.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff, conduct regular inspections, and collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
You will need:
- Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop a team while maintaining high standards.
