Are you a Behaviour Intervention Teacher seeking an exciting opportunity to make a difference in a Primary school in Kings Norton? Flourish Education is working with a small Primary School in Kings Norton. This role offers the chance to focus on tailored behavioural interventions while supporting the school's commitment to inclusive education.

This position is a long-term, full-time position starting ASAP and is ongoing.

As a Behaviour Intervention Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering tailored behaviour interventions for children across the primary age range.
• Supporting class teachers in managing challenging behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Communicating with parents and carers regarding behaviour strategies and student progress.
• Assisting in covering classes when class teachers are unavailable.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working in a Primary School.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• A proven track record of working with children with challenging behaviour.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with students, staff, and parents.
• A minimum of 2 excellent references from most recent employers.

Working as a Behaviour Intervention Teacher for Flourish Education offers you excellent benefits, including:

• £140 - £185 per day, equivalent to £27,300 - £36,075 per annum (based on 5 days a week for a full school year).
