Requirements of the Pharmacist:
- GPHC Registration
- Previous experience working as a Pharmacist within a UK based NHS Pharmacy setting
- NVQ or equivalent – Pharmacist qualification
What you will do:
- Dispense and distribute medication, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to healthcare staff and patients
- Conduct detailed medication reviews and optimise prescription use
- Participate in patient care rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Implement and promote drug safety protocols
- Support the training and development of junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Contribute to the improvement of departmental processes
