We have an exciting locum opportunity for a Qualified Social Worker to join our Assessment and Child Protection Team in Swindon, offering an hourly rate of £38. What you will do:
Conduct comprehensive assessments regarding child protection, identifying any potential risks to the child's wellbeing.
Engage in home visits to gather information efficiently and compassionately.
Collaborate with other professionals, practitioners, and agencies to ensure comprehensive assessments and effective interventions.
Analyse collected data to make informed decisions about the child's welfare.
Manage cases from assessment to either closure or transfer to the Long Term Locality Teams.
Take the lead during your duty week, attending the office for one full week out of four and 1-2 days the other weeks to fulfill your responsibilities.
