What you will do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the speech, language, and communication needs of children.
  • Develop tailored therapy plans to meet individual EHCP goals effectively.
  • Provide direct therapy through individual sessions and group interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with families, educational staff, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.
  • Monitor and evaluate each child’s progress, adjusting therapy plans as required.
  • Maintain precise records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes, adhering to professional standards.
  • Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss cases and share valuable insights.


Essential Qualifications:

  • A degree in Speech and Language Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
  •  Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or trauma-related issues.
