This is done to provide additional strength and structural integrity to the concrete structure.Work closely with other construction professionals, such as concrete workers, steel fixers, and site supervisors. They coordinate their efforts to ensure the timely and accurate installation, pouring, and removal of formwork in a safe manner in accordance with site safety rules. Once the concrete has sufficiently cured and attained the required strength, the shuttering carpenter dismantles the formwork. This process involves carefully removing the formwork components without damaging the hardened concrete structure.
