Are you a passionate Computer Science Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity at an Ofsted-rated GOOD secondary school in Stourbridge? This full-time role involves teaching Computer Science across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). Starting immediately, this position runs until July, with minimal planning required due to a wealth of resources and lesson plans already in place.
Job Role:
- Full-time teaching of Computer Science across KS3 and KS4.
- Minimal planning required, with resources and lesson plans readily available.
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Manage student behaviour effectively, creating a positive learning environment.
- Marking and assessing student work to provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the department's success.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Proven experience as a Computer Science Teacher or Secondary Teacher.
- Excellent subject knowledge in Computer Science.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Experience teaching the National Curriculum across KS3 and KS4.
