Maths Teacher

Maths Teacher - Are you a dedicated Secondary Teacher with a passion for inspiring young minds? We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maths Teacher to join a highly regarded Secondary School in Wolverhampton. The school has an Ofsted Outstanding rating and offers a supportive environment for professional growth. This is a full-time, long-term role starting after February half-term and continuing until July, teaching Key Stage 3 (KS3), Key Stage 4 (KS4), and Key Stage 5 (A-Level) students. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills, and experience teaching at A-Level.

Job Role:
• Full class responsibilities, including lesson planning, delivery, and marking
• Deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3), Key Stage 4 (KS4), and Key Stage 5 (A-Level)
• Support students in achieving their full potential through high-quality teaching and assessment
• Maintain effective classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's development

Required Skills and Experience:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Excellent subject knowledge in Maths
• Experience teaching Key Stage 3 (KS3), Key Stage 4 (KS4), and Key Stage 5 (A-Level)
• Proven ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Early Career Teachers (ECT) are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum
• Ability to work as part of a team in a Secondary School
