Job Role

As a Spanish Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons following the National Curriculum.
• Teaching Spanish across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
• Marking and assessing students’ work, providing constructive feedback.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Inspiring students to develop their language skills and cultural understanding.

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Proven experience as a Spanish Teacher in a Secondary School setting.
• Excellent subject knowledge of Spanish and familiarity with the National Curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

Working as a Spanish Teacher for Flourish Education offers:

• A competitive daily rate of £160 to £225, equating to £31,200 to £43,875 per annum based on 5 days per week for a full academic year.
• The option of PAYE or Umbrella payment methods.
