Re Teacher

Flourish Education is currently recruiting for an RE Teacher to join an Ofsted-rated GOOD Secondary School in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive school with excellent leadership, where you’ll be teaching Religious Education to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students. This full-time role starts immediately and runs until July, with no planning responsibilities required.

Job Role:

As an RE Teacher at this Secondary School, you will:

• Deliver engaging Religious Education lessons to KS3 and KS4 students following the National Curriculum.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on students’ progress.
• Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring excellent behavior management.
• Support students’ learning and inspire a passion for Religious Education.
• Work collaboratively with the school’s leadership and staff to ensure a positive learning environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this Secondary Teacher role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Proven experience teaching RE at KS3 and KS4 in a Secondary School.
• Excellent subject knowledge and strong behavior management skills.
• A commitment to promoting the welfare and development of children.
