Flourish Education is currently recruiting an Early Years Teaching Assistant to work within an OFSTED rated ‘good’ Primary school in Tredworth, to join their team on a long-term basis.The successful Teaching Assistant will have experience of supporting classes within Key You will have a secure understanding of the EYFS, and proven success of acting as a ‘play partner’ to extend children’s learning. The school are seeking a passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant who appreciates the importance of learning through play.Previous experience of using ‘Tapestry’ or similar software to record children’s observations would be of an advantage, though this is not essential as full training will be provided.We are looking for a passionate and committed Early Years Teaching Assistant for an immediate start on a full-time basis (32.5 hours per week).
