Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Candidate Specification
- Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant.
- A degree in Education, Psychology, English, or a related field with a 2:1 or higher.
- A passion for working with children and fostering their growth academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Some experience working with young children (e.g., volunteering, tutoring, or mentoring) is advantageous.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for inspiring young learners.
Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Job Specification
- Full-time, long-term role offering up to £520 per week.
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons to a medium-sized, diverse cohort of eager learners.
- Provide one-on-one support and lead small group interventions for children needing additional guidance.
- Help nurture a love for learning, creativity, and curiosity in every child.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to foster a holistic and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monday to Friday, sociable hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
