As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, ASD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour.
• Work across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Assist children inside and outside the classroom to enhance their learning and development.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to deliver the National Curriculum effectively.
• Adapt to short-term and day-to-day supply roles in a variety of settings, including Primary Schools and alternative provisions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in education or childcare.
• Experience working with children who have SEND, particularly within UK schools.
• Understanding of needs such as Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
• Knowledge of the National Curriculum and ability to support its delivery.
• A compassionate and patient approach to working with children.
